This activity is for the adventurer who has been there and bought the T-shirt, control freaks need not apply.

Using a foam bodyboard (a bit like a baby surfboard) & Fins you’ll tackle rapids such as hell-hole corner, wee stinker, and the weir or try it out on Scotland’s only artificial course.

To finish, attempt the ultimate challenge – navigating the fastest and longest rapid which throws up the biggest waves.
